A free Year 4 persuasive writing assessment task. Students plan with the OREO structure, then write one to two paragraphs convincing their teacher that the class should have ten minutes of reading for fun every day, using reasons with examples, at least two persuasive devices and a call to action. A marking rubric and marking guide are included.
Part of the "Persuasive Writing" sub-unit. Aligned to AC9E4LY06, AC9E4LY07 (Australian Curriculum v9).
Students will:
